REMEDYBLOX BACKGROUND

Since early 2000, founder and President / CEO "Remedy" Max has been providing various emotional supports and public educational social harm prevention educational services & risk reduction advice to help survivors of domestic abuse & intimate partner violence, accident survivors, victims of crime and those struggling with a deep sense of loss after a divorce or losing their loved one due to a terminal illness or accident to process and move past their trauma to lead happy, healthy and productive lives.

Speaking and working with trauma survivors and their loved ones including applying research field findings, it became apparent to Remedy Max that many survivors of trauma also struggled with some form of behavior addiction and/or substance abuse. Conversely over time she also observed that many who came in for addiction recovery advice and support had survived some forms of earlier traumatic life event(s) such as (but not limited to):

  • surviving a traumatic life changing accident,

  • surviving domestic abuse / intimate partner violence

  • being subjected to psychological abuse by a Narcissist / Psychopath

  • being a victim of a violent physical assault

  • having witnessed a loved one die suddenly or tragically

  • having battled a serious / scary health issue or dealing with a terminal illness

  • experiencing a painful relationship break-up / divorce

  • suddenly losing one's home due to a fire or another emergency event

  • being fired or laid off from one's job due to reasons beyond one's control

  • having experienced some form of physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse during childhood

  • having endured some other types of negative social / economic struggles

This correlate between survivors of trauma and those struggling with behavior addictions led "Remedy" Max to develop the revolutionary and progressive "Fractured Psyche Addiction Recovery Model". A recovery tool that has yielded consistent positive outcomes over the years for many individuals who were struggling with high risk self-destructive compulsive behaviors, self-destructive behavior patterns, low self-esteem including those who previously tried to abstain but continued to relapse in their recovery efforts.

OUR COMMITMENTS & CONTRIBUTIONS IN BEHAVIOR ADDICTION & RECOVERY CONSULTING

RemedyBlox is proud of its commitment and contributions made over the past 20 years in the field of behavior addictions recovery programs - where we share revolutionary recovery platforms based on  "The Fractured Psyche Recovery Model" with individuals struggling with various high risk behavior addictions where we help guide them through their recovery journey.

Our Fractured Psyche Addiction Recovery Model is revolutionary as it affords addicts with new tools and a fresh mindset to:

  • end their cycle of relapse over time instead of just learning to manage their urges

  • avoid addiction vice transference

  • find a new way of how they see and understand their addiction

  • using 12-step programs to end the devastating "BLEED" that their addiction behavior is perpetuating in intensity and frequency

  • start working on identifying and addressing the deeper root cause that has been using a high risk behavior, addiction vice and/or substance abuse to drive the addiction and use high risk behaviors to repeatedly entice and lure the individual into the cycle of self-destruction patterns, emotional chaos, social isolation, desperation, financial ruin and eventual death as a form of self-inflicted punishment

  • treating and working on healing the root cause where the addiction is viewed as a mere symptom / an unfortunate side-effect of the individual's fractured psyche,

  • through active abstinence help individuals battling an addiction reclaim and take back control over their life and away from the controls their fractured mindset previously held over them,

  • rebuild a sense of self worth, self-confidence and sense of personal empowerment to help the individual realize they are nothing like the negative portrayal that their broken and injured subconscious mind portrayed and tried to convince them of with each relapse experienced,

  • guide individuals to work on releasing earlier hurts from past traumatic event(s), including feelings of guilt and trepidation over past mistakes they made during the addiction phase and also sustained during earlier traumatic experiences that preceded the onset of their addiction(s),

  • guide their mind to change its negative narrative it formed about the individual in the past and its desire to inflict pain and to sabotage the individual's successes,

  • assist the individual in getting their subconscious mind to start working in tandem instead of the mind working against the individual where the end goal is both relying and trusting each other to protect and safeguard against various harms and risks so that both can achieve success and happiness in life.
